Brittany D Chandler, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC.





Brittany has been serving the Mental Health community for the past seven and a half years, however, she was introduced at an early age by seeing her loved ones sent to hospitals for months and years at a time for treatment. Some would never return back to the way she remembered them before they left.

This was the seed that was planted years ago, and it has now manifested in the birth of her first mental health practice ALIGN, that not only offers outpatient medication treatment but also community resources and intervention to prevent hospitalizations. After spending time developing ALIGN and being introduced to Terri Miller, NP, and the vision of mental health and its future, Brittany decided to build another brand, EVOLVE. EVOLVE targets those that are looking for a non-traditional approach to Mental Health Care.

Terri Miller is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the states of Arizona, Virginia, Colorado, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Kentucky, and Texas. Terri obtained her first Master in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University, followed by her post-Masters of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, treating the lifespan from Wilkes University.


Her expertise and experience have come from many different settings, including correctional medicine, adult inpatient/outpatient, behavioral health case management/utilization review, juvenile justice, as well as other specialties in her 14 years of nursing. Her experience in psychiatry includes mental health conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity Disorder.
